Message
CYCOM® 2040 is a very tough modified epoxy resin system with exceptional high temperature performance. It is suitable for highly stressed components exposed to elevated temperature environments (under bonnet/engine bay) including impact/crash structures. A two hour cure at 180°C (356°F) generates a Tg of over 200°C (392°F) and offers excellent mechanical properties at both ambient and elevated temperatures. CYCOM 2040 is available on woven and unidirectional carbon, glass and man-made fibres.
