TRAYTUF 7300 Polyester Resin is a TPA-based polyethylene terephthalate copolymer resin designed for paperboard extrusion coatings applications. It is a low molecular weight polymer with a 0.73 intrinsic viscosity (IV). TRAYTUF 7300 Polyester Resin is designed to provide highly desirable container properties. These include high clarity and sparkle, and final package sealability. TRAYTUF 7300 Polyester Resin is designed with a special catalyst and stabilizer system that offers property retention during both extrusion processing at high production rates over a wide range of sheeting thicknesses, while maintaining bright crystal clarity. This superior stability also enables use of the required drying conditions without affecting color or molecular weight.
