Varcum 29318 is a two-step, unmodified, powdered phenolic resin.

High bond content, high-density snagging and cutoff grinding wheels.

Many special applications requiring resistance to the heat generated by heavy duty grinding.

Exhibits a high degree of bond toughness.

Provides excellent wheel strength.

Reduces wheel cracking at elevated temperatures.

Improves wear performance at elevated temperatures.

Promotes a higher grinder efficiency.

The recommended baking cycle is four to eight hours direct temperature rise of 350°F.
