| Vinnolit MP 8058 is a high molecular weight PVC homopolymer with a low emulsifier content. It produces plastisols exhibiting very low viscosity at low and high shear rates with slightly pseudo-plastic flow properties with low plasticizer levels (40-60 phr). It has been particularly developed for low plasticizer content compact spread coatings and mouldings requiring improved mechanical properties. It gives good thermal/light stability with a wide range of stabilizers especially organo-tin types. The use of high speed type mixers is recommended. |
