EverGlide® MB5411 is a masterbatch of a proprietary blend of catalyst, flame retardants and lubricants to crosslink silane functional polyethylene in wire and cable systems. Upon addition of the EverGlide® MBMB5411 to a silane functional polyethylene, the two components result in a material that is curable by exposure to 70-90°C hot water or even ambient moisture. To achieve the desired results, the silane graft material must be stored separately from the EverGlide MB5411.
