KETJENFLEX® MS 80 is a toluene sulfonamide based plasticizing co-resin dissolved in 20% butylacetate. It is used in Nail lacquers, Coatings, Adhesives and Inks. Description and Application KETJENFLEX® MS 80 is the liquid version of KETJENFLEX® MH the most widespread plasticizing resin for nitrocellulose based nail lacquers. KETJENFLEX® MS 80 has the advantage that it can be easily poured into formulation during the production process. KETJENFLEX® MS 80 imparts improved adhesion and wear properties and generally provides the lacquer system with a shiny glossy appearance. KETJENFLEX® MS 80 can also be used as plasticizing resin in solvent borne coating and ink formulations. Here KETJENFLEX® MS 80 acts as a non-migratory plasticizing co-resin improving the adhesion and gloss of the system. Applications:
