BDT40CP is a medium viscosity curative incorporated fluoroelastomer terpolymer. This grade is well suited for application where good processing properties and superior fluid resistance than copolymers are required. BDT40CP can be compounded to meet the major fluoroelastomer specifications. BDT40CP can be used for compression molding of O-rings and gaskets. It can be mixed using typical fluoroelastomer compounding ingredients. Mixing can be accomplished with two-roll mills or internal mixers. Finished goods can be produced by a variety of rubber processing methods. |
