| FL 00728CC is a good co-extrusion component in extrusion coating, blown film and casting film. It can be well bonded to stretched polypropylene in co-extrusion. This brand has good optical properties, low crystal point and extremely low sealing temperature when used for heat sealing. Good extrusion coating effect can be obtained at 200°C (392 °F) under processing conditions. Processing temperatures above 220°C (428 °F) may cause resin degradation. FL00728CC should be put into the extruder after low density polyethylene with similar or higher melt index. The machine should be thoroughly cleaned with low density polyethylene or suitable detergent before stopping. |

| Extrusion instructions |

| Excellent results are obtained in extrusion coating at 200°C (392°F) temperature range. Processing temperatures above 220°C (428°F) may cause resin degradation. FL00728CC should be fed into the extruder after LDPE of a similar or higher melt index. Machines should always be purged with LDPE or a suitable cleaning compound before shutdown. |
