Europrene® SOL B 183 is a solution styrene-butadiene partial block copolymer, polymerized using an alkyl lithium catalyst at the Grangemouth production facility in Scotland, UK. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. Key Features The presence of styrene both bound and block at lower than normal concentrations allows Europrene® SOL B 183 to exhibit fast dissolving characteristics and dispersion in the plastic matrix of styrene polymers and copolymers. The higher level of polybutadiene in the copolymer allows for the possibility of higher impact properties. Main Applications Impact improver of ABS and Polystyrene giving a gloss surface. |
