ADIPRENE L 300 is a polyether-based liquid urethane prepolymer which is readily processable by conventional hand and machine mixing techniques. ADIPRENE L 300 produces high quality elastomers in the 88-92 durometer A hardness range when cured with 4,4'-Methylene-bis[2Chloroaniline] or CAYTUR® 21DA urethane curative.

These tough, highly resilient elastomers have many unique features:
  • Excellent low-temperature flexibility
  • Excellent abrasion resistance
  • Good hydrolytic stability
  • Good compression set resistance

The properties of ADIPRENE L 300 suggest its use in applications such as small rolls, draft gears, and spraying.

The relatively short working life of mixes of ADIPRENE L 300 and MBCA can, in many cases, effect significant savings for the processor by increasing production rates via reduced demolding times.
