This product is designed for use on electronic assemblies or any other applications that require neutral cure and non-corrosive cure by-products. TECHSIL 211 features excellent flow and self-levelling characteristics. Typical applications include but are not restricted to electronic and electrical potting, casting and simple mould making. |
