Filler MB Description CALSIN LC102 is a polyolefin based masterbatch highly filled with calcium carbonate. It is designed for use in a wide range of applications specially in PP & HDPE injection molded parts to improve the optical and mechanical properties specially dimensional stability and stiffness whilst providing significant cost reduction potential. Application CALSIN LC102 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. As usual it can be used in PP & HDPE injection molded parts from 5 to 35% depends on the part & the mold design. This grade is not suitable for PE film and PP raffia bag.
