FastFlex was developed in response to repeated customer requests for a material system that can be demolded within several hours. With a demold time of two hours or less, FastFlex has accomplished this and much more. Like its sister product SkinFlex III, FastFlex is also available as a three component system. The third component, part "C", determines the variation in the softness and degree of stretch attainable by the material. When the "C" component is used, work times and demold times will increase. FastFlex can be used for a variety of applications, including the creation of soft, flexible, yet durable skins for animated characters, costumes, prosthetics, and various parts and molds. |
