PEARLTHANE® MB-51UV is an anti-UV masterbatch, based on TPU, supplied in the form of homogeneous, yellowish-coloured pellets. It is specially intended to protect the TPU against degradation due to UV radiation. APPLICATIONS: PEARLTHANE® MB-51UV can be used in TPUs for extrusion (films, sheet), which need protection against degradation due to UV radiation. A 2 to 5 % usage level (on TPU, by weight) is recommended. The production process temperature should not exceed 240°C.
