JW21 is a medium viscosity grade of nylon 6 designed for wire coating extrusion. JW21 is heavily pigmented and is designed to provide good opacity even with thin coatings. It also features a lubrication system that is designed to ensure excellent adhesion between the wire and the coating - as well as optimal processing characteristics at high line speeds. JW21 is available in a range of colours - including heavy metal free options.
