HAPCAST™ 3731 is a truly unique polymer alloy system, with the following features:

Prototype and production molds can be made quickly and at low cost.

Easily poured in a small or large mass.

Short term exposure to 275°F and continuous service at 250° F.

Easily drilled, tapped, milled, sanded, ground, polished and turned in a lathe.

Shrinkage as low as .00075 per linear inch can be obtained through proper selection of curing agent for any given mass.
