DFDA-1254 NT can be used as part of the resin for air injection processing to make foamed insulation materials for coaxial cables. DFDA-1254 NT provides excellent surface finish and outstanding output rates over a broad range of conditions. For optimum results, use melt extrusion temperatures in the suggested range of 338 to 392°F (170-200°C). However, specific recommendations for processing conditions can be determined only when the application and type of processing equipment are known. Please contact your local Dow Chemical Wire and Cable Sales Representative for such particulars.
