ISPLEN® PP 064 S1F is a homopolymer polypropylene with medium melt flow rate. Its specific formulation (antiblocking, slip and antistatic) makes its procesability and rheological properties particularly suitable (pure or blended) for film transformation in high speed equipment.
Films prepared with ISPLEN® PP 064 S1F have high mechanical properties, and are normally used for packaging (foodstuffs, textiles, stationery, organizational office aids, etc.).
It is specially indicated for non-oriented film extrusion and has excellent optical, mechanical and barrier properties.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Non-oriented film extrusion processes, cast or tubular quench, such as:
  • Single layer film
  • Internal layers of co-extruded cast films
  • Packaging of foodstuffs and non-food stuffs
  • Stationery and textile packaging

Recommended melt temperature range from 190 - 250°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.
