ALCUDIA® M5204 is a low melt flow rate high density polyethylene with narrow molecular weight distribution. It offers adequate processing properties for production of monofilaments with the highest tensile strength at break, mainly using processing lines with two long stretching ovens. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS ALCUDIA® M5204 gives the highest tenacity monofilaments designed for top products of technical applications:
Recommended melt temperature range from 210 to 240°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line. |
