Lustran SMA 245 is a Styrene Maleic Anhydride copolymer manufactured at a target maleic anhydride level of 25%. The process used for making Lustran SMA 245 yields a product with good clarity and uniform composition. Lustran SMA 245 is available in clear pellet form. APPLICATIONS Lustran SMA 245 can be used in paper sizing or pigment binding, or as a pigment dispersant aid, viscosity modifier, ink additive, adhesion promoter or compatibilizer for numerous other polymer, recycle and composite systems. As with any product, use of the products mentioned in this publication in a given application must be tested (including field testing, etc.) by the user in advance to determine suitability |
