VIBRATHANE B839 is a polyether-based, TDI terminated liquid urethane prepolymer that is readily processable by conventional hand and machine mixing techniques. When cured with 4,4'-Methylene-Bis[2-Chloroaniline], this member of the VIBRATHANE family produces high quality vulcanizates in the 97 Shore A hardness range. These tough, high resilience elastomers are characterized by:
Typical applications for these high performance elastomers are wheels, linings, and wear resistant coatings. |
