It is generally applied for bonding material of resinoid grinding wheels such as cutting, off set, etc. Characteristics SUMILITERESIN® PR-50590 I is a powder form phenolic resin with good grinding properties and good processability in production of grinding wheels. It is designed for cold molding and semi-hot molding process. SUMILITERESIN® PR-50590 I is a middle flow type and it has hexamine contain about 9%. By using this resin, coated grain will be easy to handling also preferable for heavy duty grinding wheels and long life wear.
