ELASTOTITE G 30019T® Hot Melt Polyurethane Reactive Adhesive Elastotite G 30019T® Hot Melt is a one-component polyurethane reactive hot melt adhesive. The adhesive cures by reacting with ambient moisture to form a strong thermoset polymer. It is designed to give aggressive tack, long open time, and high green strength. It offers clean roll coating without stringing. It is designed for the lamination of various composite components comprising of wood, various plastics and metals. Application: This adhesive needs to be applied with equipment that will melt and dispense adhesive from 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums. Follow your equipment manufacturer procedures for start-up, shut-down and cleanup. If you need to shut down operations for an extended period of time, purge the system with a cleaning solution to prevent adhesive from curing in equipment. Partially used pails or drums can be purged with a dry inert gas and resealed between uses. This adhesive can applied to a substrate using a roll coater or other dispensing equipment such as a heated gun.
