VIBRATHANE 8090 is a TDI-terminated polyester-based prepolymer, which yields a 90 Shore A hardness urethane when cured with 4,4'-methylene bis (orthochloroaniline). Elastomers with hardness down to 60 Shore A can also be obtained with VIBRATHANE 8090 by curing with MBCA-triol blends. VIBRATHANE 8090 elastomers are characterized by:
