Silopren Gel 4222 is a kit matched, solvent free, clear and colorless two component silicone gel. After mixing the A and the B component at a mix ratio of 1:1 the material cures at elevated temperature by an addition reaction to a silicone gel specifically designed for use in external breast prosthesis. Key Features and Benefits
Potential Applications The Silopren Gel 4222 is specially developed for external breast prosthesis. These gels are used in combination with PU foils which act as an outer skin containing the gel. For processing reasons Silopren gel 4222 has a defined cure profile. The material shows extreme slow cure at room temperature but cures to a finished product within several minutes at elevated temperatures. |
