PC0787 is a flame retardant crosslinking polyethylene compound for low voltage insulation. PC0787 contains flame retardant additives to reduce normal flame spread characteristics so as to achieve a VW-1 flame resistance rating when tested according to the UL 44 Vertical Flame test on 14 AWG/45Mils wires. PC0787 contains a slower peroxide and therefore provides wider processing latitude. It is recommened for control cable insulation. |
