Hyflon®PFA P7010 is a transparent semi-crystalline perfluororesin suitable for melt processing. It is specially developed for anti-static powder coating. It is especially recommended for top coat for anti-sticking products. Hyflon®PFA P7010 has very low surface energy, extremely low friction coefficient and excellent thermal stability and flame retardancy. | 加工 Hyflon® PFA P7010旨在作为面漆材料，施加到底漆涂层的基材上。可以采用常规抗静电粉末涂层技术。一般会采用几道工序，包括基材准备、涂层、烘烤和冷却。 Hyflon® PFA P7010可以单独使用，不需要进一步配混。会需要重复几遍，以获得所需的PFA用量及涂层厚度。基材准备、喷枪参数如电压和烘箱温度及时间都必须控制好，以获得无瑕疵涂层产品。 储存和操作 如果在室温下放置在干净干燥的环境，Hyflon® 可熔融加工含氟聚合物树脂就无需担心保质期问题。打开的容器必须再次密封好，以防止污染。 安全性和毒理学-使用Hyflon®可熔融加工含氟聚合物树脂前，应参阅产品的材料安全数据表单，遵循所有的标签说明和操作注意事项。-和所有含氟聚合物材料一样，操作和加工必须在通风良好的场所进行，设备上方应安装蒸汽抽气装置。不能吸入烟雾，应避免接触皮肤和眼睛。如有皮肤接触，用肥皂和水清洗干净。如触及眼睛，应立即用大量清水冲洗，并寻求医疗帮助。不要在粉尘、蒸汽或烟雾污染的环境吸烟。-废物处置详细建议请参考材料安全数据表单。包装 Hyflon® PFA P7010用一次性桶包装，每桶10公斤。每只桶内有两只聚乙烯树脂衬袋。 |
