ISPLEN® PP 060 G1M is a polypropylene homopolymer with a medium-low fluidity intended for injection moulding applications that require fair impact resistance balanced with the typical stiffness of a homopolymer. ISPLEN® PP 060 G1M is easy to process with standard injection moulding machines in a wide range of temperatures depending on wall thickness, the shape of the piece and other design parameters. Articles manufactured with this grade have excellent chemical resistance, are easily decorated and can accept different colouring systems. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS ISPLEN® PP 060 G1M is used for injection moulding consumer goods such us: Caps, lids and closures. Components for spray dispensers. Cool boxes. Rigid packaging. Recommended melt temperature range from 190 to 250°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.
