MFE-11 is a bisphenol-A epoxy vinyl ester resin with high performance and excellent corrosion resistance.

PROPERTIES

Moderate viscosity, effectively wet out with glass fiber

Good air drying, surface drying in 45 min

Excellent corrosion resistance, especially to alkali.

Low peak exotherm, low shrinkage, superior toughness. Do not crack when making thick parts.

Lloyd's Registered.

Complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.2420, when properly formulated and cured, for repeated use in food contact materials.

APPLICATION

Chemical storage tank, pipeline, cabin and the jointing material of integral anti-corrosive resin-mortar flooring, granite and anti-proof brick, etc.

Liner and flake of FRP protective surface of metal or concrete structure.

Can be used in hand lay-up, pultrusion, spray up and filament winding process.
