Unichem 7477G-015 is a flexible medical grade PVC compound designed for those medical devices that require the use of a non-phthalate plasticizer that has superior resistance to extraction by blood lipids, high fat emulsions and formulated to resist discoloration and degradation when subjected to gamma ray sterilization. Unichem 7477G-015 is designed to be extruded under similar processing conditions to compounds plasticized with DEHP. Unichem 7477G-015 is available in ethylene oxide and radiation sterilizable grades. Unichem 7477G-015 is available with and without tint as desired. |
