The purging compound consists of high quality thermoplastic resins as well as highly efficient cleaning additives and does not contain abrasives. Lusin® Clean 1061 is especially recommended for color or material change as well as for the removal of black spots, carbon residues and cracked materials and can be used at processing temperatures up to 290°C (554°F). Lusin® Clean 1061 can also be used as freezing mixture for shutdown procedures during the weekend. Typical properties Appearance : translucent yellow granules Softening point : approx. 145°C

Description
Lusin® Clean 1061 is a ready to use granular purging compound for screw, barrel, nozzle and hot-runner of injection moulding machines processing thermoplastic resins. The purging compound consists of high quality thermoplastic resins as well as highly efficient cleaning additives and does not contain abrasives. Lusin® Clean 1061 is especially recommended for color or material change as well as for the removal of black spots, carbon residues and cracked materials and can be used at processing temperatures up to 290°C (554°F). Lusin® Clean 1061 can also be used as freezing mixture for shutdown procedures during the weekend.
