Moplen COAT EP/60 M BIANCO is a white, UV and thermal stabilized polypropylene copolymer, in powder form, to be applied onto polypropylene coating prior to water cooling process to improve the surface roughness. In order to get a rough surface, effective as anti-slip for concrete coating, a small, uniform amount of this product has to be applied using a spray gun, vibrator equipment or any other suitable system; indicative quantity to be applied is 40 - 80 g/m2. It is a high stabilized product suitable for pipeline operating temperature up to +145°C (off-shore projects). |
