Message

MFE-W3 is a novolac-based epoxy vinyl ester resin. It offers corrosion resistance at higher temperatures.

PROPERTY

High heat-resistance, heat distortion temperature of casting is 150°C and for FRP is 210°C.

Excellent anti-corrosion and superior stability to some solvents and oxidizing media.

Complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.2420, when properly formulated and cured, for repeated use in food contact materials.

APPLICATION

Various corrosion resistant FRP products, such as chemical tank, pipe, served at elevated temperatures.

Used as the jointing material, resin mortar and special adhesive with chemical resistance.

Used as anti-corrosion FRP lining for the surface of metal or concrete.

Can be used in pultrusion, filament winding, spray up and hand lay- up process.
