| BC 7069-1 is an aluminum filled, epoxy mass casting resin. This room temperature cure system may be cast to a thickness of ¾ inch in non-conductive molds and one inch in metal molds without foaming or yielding excessive shrinkage. Casting thickness can be increased by incorporating aluminum needles, puffs or granules. BC 7069-1 when properly cured, provides nearly perfect reproduction, resulting in a dimensionally stable, hard, tough surface. For use in constructing duplicate models, prototypes, patterns, facing dies. |
