AFFINITY™The SL 8110G polyolefin plastomer was prepared using INSITE™technology. AFFINITY SL 8110G polyolefin plastomer has been used in blow-molded stretch film processing, and is used as a surface material when co-extruding with other resins. It has excellent elongation and self-adhesive properties as well as good physical properties. due to its low melting temperature, AFFINITY SL 8110G is suitable for batch production of packaging bags. when applied to the food contact field without modification, the resin meets the regulatory requirements for contact food substances (FCN) under the federal food, drug and cosmetic act of the United States, and its market access notice has been effective from October 7, 2004 according to the FCN 424. The food contact certification notice allows the product to be used as an article or component in the production of articles in contact with food. These food types are described in the U.S. Food and Drug Administration Regulation 21 CFR § 176.170(c) Table -2 of the use conditions A to H. The composition of the product conforms to the provisions of EU Directive 2002/72/EC on contact with food. Please contact your nearest Dow representative for proof of compliance with the Food Contact Act. The purchaser remains responsible for determining whether the use of its products complies with all relevant regulations.
