The EnvisionTEC Photosilver material is a ceramic filled photopolymer material designed for use on the EnvisionTEC range of 3D printers. Photosilver produces highly detailed parts with crisp features. The high temperature resistance allows for the production of vulcanized rubber molds without breaking or melting the master pattern. The increased number of ceramic nanoparticles in the resin leads to improved definition of model detail compared with other filled materials. EnvisionTEC's Photosilver material can produce high detail models straight from the machine without the need for finishing and so can be used directly for molding using conventional techniques and materials.
