MFE-4 which modified by HET acid (1'4'5'6'7'7-hexachlorobicyclo(2'2'1)-5-heptene-2'3-dicarboxylic acid), is a special chlorine resistant vinyl ester resin.

PROPERTY
HET acid in molecular structure protects the ester group, which largely increases the resin's corrosion resistance, especially to Cl 2 and various acids. Besides, the HET acid structure contains two five-membered rings, which makes MFE-4 has good thermal stability, fire-retardancy and chemical resistance.

APPLICATION
  • Various integral anti-corrosion FRP products, such as pipes, tank truck, scrubber, etc.
  • Special for FRP equipment of ClO 2 bleaching system in paper and pulp industry, lining of bricks. Can be used as daub resin.
  • Special for covers of electrolytic cells in chlorine-alkali industry.
