(.25 to 89 mm) for thermoforming and two-and three-dimensional laminating of aircraft interior components Identical to Boltaron 9815E (extruded) heavy-gauge sheet in formulation, properties, fire ratings, lengths, widths and unlimited color availability, Boltaron 9815F (calendered) film/sheet is offered in gauges from .010 to .035 in. (25 to 89 mm) in two surface textures that match, and one that complements, 9815E. Boltaron 99815F meets stringent FAA requirements for flammability, smoke generation and heat release while exhibiting exceptional physical properties. It offers Izod Impact resistance of 5.0 ft lbs/in. (265 J/m)- higher than competitive 65/65- compliant sheets rated at 3.0 ft lbs/in. (159 J/m)-significantly improving the durability of thermoformed and laminated aircraft interior components. It also offers other exceptional physical properties, extreme formability and consistent surface quality free of inclusions. As a result, Boltaron 9815F is specified by the world's leading commercial, military and private aircraft and helicopter manufacturers, carriers and interior refurbishing contractors, for thermoformed, laminated and fabricated interior components of unequalled durability and appearance. |
