Description: IG1027 is a hot emulsion styrene-butadiene copolymer using vegetal fatty acid as emulsifier and coagulated with salt-acid. It is stabilized with BHT antioxidant. Product is manufactured in accordance with "Good Manufacturing Practices" (GMP) and complies with U.S. FDA regulation 21 CFR §172.615 referenced to SBR used for Chewing Gum, 21 CFR 177.2600 Indirect food additives: Polymers. It meets the requirements in the "Food Chemical Codex" for 75/25 type SBR. Applications: IG1027 is specially designed for chewing gum applications; giving softer chew. |
