XP-378 RTV silicone rubber is a black two-component, addition reaction, platinum-catalyzed system that cures at room temperature. It has a low viscosity, is easy to process and its cure rate can be accelerated with heat. It has excellent electrical and thermal properties and is reversion resistant. In addition, it offers outstanding fire resistant properties.
Applications:
XP-378 is used in the potting and encapsulating of power supplies, amplifiers, relays, transformers, connectors, etc.. It can be used in any application where exceptional flame retardance is required.
