| PONYL-4004(+) are halogen-free environmental PA66 material with nitrogen as flame-retardant element.Carbonize and gaseous phase retardant mechanisms play the flame retardant performance. They have the characteristics of finished products,polish surface,great electrical property, no smoke and no corrosion to the molds;good toughness,good UV resistance and good environment resistance.The flammability reachs UL94-V2(1.5mm & 3.0mm). 4004(+) pass UL test and meet the requirements of RoHS, SVHC, PFOS&PFOA, 16P, Halogen-free and PAHs. |
