ISPLEN® PP 090 G2M is a polypropylene homopolymer with a very high fluidity intended for injection moulding. It is characterised by good flow properties that facilitates an easy mould filling and short cycle times with big articles. Articles manufactured with this grade have excellent chemical resistance, are easily decorated and can accept different colouring systems. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS ISPLEN® PP 090 G2M is widely used for the production of consumer goods such us: Food containers. Rigid packaging. Garden and domestic furniture. Pistons for one use syringes, needle covers and other lab equipment. Recommended melt temperature range from 190 to 250°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.
