This product is designed to efficiently increase the rate of crystallization to yield finished articles with excellent mechanical and optical properties include increased transparency, gloss, flexural modulus, heat deflection temperature and thermal stability in film, sheet and molding applications. It can also improve injection molding cycle times. Application POYAD CR102 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Depending on the application it can be used from 1 to 4% in PP Homo and Random Co-polymer sheet, bottle and injected parts.
