DOW™Medical packaging film (MPF) 2000 is a soft, thermoformable, multi-layer co-extruded film, which is applied to the processing of medical disposable packaging materials together with coated cover materials. The structure of this film includes a layer of DOWLEX with toughness and tear resistance.™Linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) layer and a PRIMACOR that facilitates molding and stable peelable sealing performance with coated cover material™Thin layer of ethylene acrylic acid (EAA) copolymer.

can be thermoformed on many kinds of TFFS

ethylene oxide steam sterilization (EtO), gamma wire or electron beam (E-beam) sterilization

can be cleaned and peeled, no residue

does not change color during sterilization or aging
