MTM29SFR prepregs are controlled flow, 120°C (248°F) curing, halogen-free, flame-retarded epoxy resin materials offering flexible processing and handling characteristics. MTM29SFR has been developed specifically for rail applications and can be processed by oven vacuum bag, press moulding and autoclave. These prepregs exhibit a good balance of mechanical properties and, after a suitable cure, can be used at temperatures up to 80°C (176°F).
