ISPLEN® PB 141 N2M is a low-medium fluidity heterophasic copolymer with specific structural modifications intended for injection moulding applications that combines very high impact strength, even at low temperatures, and high stiffness and good processability.

Among other technical advantages ISPLEN® PB 141 N2M offers:
  • Highly suitable for manufacturing of articles with high strength at very low temperatures.
  • Easy flow enables to fill moulds with complex geometry or big articles that is not common in a grade with this melt flow rate.
  • Low warpage and high dimensional stability.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
ISPLEN® PB 141 N2M characteristics performs a grade particularly designed for technical components and containers exposed to heavy loads: heavy duty crates, suitcase shells, professional organizers, automotive components, extra high impact battery boxes and industrial components (sports, leisure, packaging...)

Recommended melt temperature range from 190 to 250°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.
