| 57-01 is a low molecular weight suspension type PVC resin suitable for rigid injection moulding and rigid sheet extrusion applications. It is specially recommended for injection moulding of pipe fittings and calendering of opaque sheets. Its combination of low molecular weight with high melt flow makes it suitable for easy processing in injection moulded items. Uniform coarseness of the grains of this resin results in easy bulk handling, minimum requirement of lubricant and more uniform fluxing in the barrel. |
