Slip MB Description POYAD SL101 is a PP homo polymer based slip MB for CPP and BOPP films, where low Coefficient Of Friction, low haze and hot slip properties are required. Containing high purity agent, POYAD SL101 exhibits good heat stability and long term efficiency and any negative characteristics of film such as discoloration, odor and contamination will be avoided. As POYAD SL101 contains a migrating agent, the printing properties might be slightly affected. So prechecking of printing and sealing of final film should be considered. Application POYAD SL101 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Depending on the application, type of base resin, film thickness and desired slip properties it can be used from 0.5 to 3% in core layer. It can be combined with AntiStat MB in core layer and AntiBlock MB in skin layers. It should be stored in a dry and cool place not to exceed 6 months.
