Message
BPD2008 is an unstabilised and clean low density thermoplastic polyethylene. It is designed for use in Medium/High voltage power cable insulation and applications requesting extra cleanliness using the direct peroxide injection (DPI) process. It is well defined for MDCV equipment thanks to its low sag properties.

BPD2008 meets the following material specification:
  • ISO 1872/1-PE, KHN, 23-D022
  • ASTM D-1248 AI 3, Grade E5
