Copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile

KEY ADVANTAGES
  • Product specifically developed for food contact applications
  • Low compression set (LCS) thermoplastic elastomers (TPE's) can be tailor-made by blending required amounts of CHEMIGUM powder with low cost plasticized PVC at the end of dry-blending cycle
  • In blends with PVC as the dominant polymer, LCS values of 40% or less can be obtained after deformation for 1 day @ 70°C (158°F)
  • CHEMIGUM/PVC blends are recyclable
  • Resistance to abrasion and flex-fatigue
  • Chemical, oil & fuel resistant

APPLICATIONS
  • All PVC applications requiring food contact compliance

Additional Feature: Fat Resistance
